THE VISION OF 1946 - Part 3: What happens at Easter 2026 ? (Branham’s Final Warning)

The weight of what heaven revealed to William Branham  in a cave near Greensmill in 1946  was so heavy, so devastating, that he walked out into the night air just to breathe. Now, in part three, we ask the question that has been burning in my spirit for months, what really happens at Easter 2026 the answer from the 1946 vision is terrifying and lines up exactly with what we are seeing right now, in the headlines, in the churches, in the collapse of everything we thought was stable. Stay until minute eight. That is when I show the warning nobody wants to hear, the warning that Branham himself hesitated to speak because he knew what it would cost, but he spoke it anyway, because the souls of men mattered more than his reputation. Let me take you back for a moment in May of 1946 a simple Baptist preacher from Jeffersonville, Indiana did something that would change his life forever. William Branham, carrying the wounds of losing his wife Hope and his baby daughter, Sharon-Rose in the 1937 flood retreated to a cave near Greenesmill. He had been fasting and praying for days, desperate for answers about the strange supernatural occurrences that had followed him since childhood.

William Branham preached in Chicago on January 17, 1955 that on May 7, 1946 according to his sermon, an angel came to him and commissioned him to preach.

Something happened that night that launched what historians call “ the post World War Two healing revival,” as Branham himself testified in that recorded message, a light appeared in the room, an amber glow that grew brighter until footsteps could be heard approaching. The being that stood before him spoke words that are documented in the Wheaton College archives and in Gordon Lindsay's 1950 biography “A man sent from God.”

The words were these, “Do not fear, for I am sent from the presence of Almighty God to tell you that your peculiar birth and misunderstood life has been to indicate that you are to take a gift of divine healing to the peoples of the world.”

If you have been with us from part one, you know that this commission came exactly as the prophetic clock was ticking towards something significant.

The year 1946 was not random. Historians like James Morris in his book “The Preachers”  wrote that Branham, more than any other evangelist, started the post world war two fundamentalist healing revival following his encounter with an angel on May 7, 1946 but here is what most people miss. Within two years of that angelic visitation in 1948 the nation of Israel was established as a sovereign state for the first time since 70. Ad brother Branham taught extensively on what he called the fig tree parable from Matthew 24:32, he preached in his Sermon “The end time sign seed” on March 19, 1962 saying, The Jews are back in their homeland as a nation, flying their own flag, their own government, their own money, with their recovered ancient Hebrew Language. They are a nation for the first time for about 2200, years.

I want you to understand that Branham connected his angelic commission directly to the prophetic timeline. The fig tree was putting forth its leaves. And according to the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 24:32 the generation that sees these things would not pass away until all things be fulfilled. Let me ask you something. How long is a generation in biblical terms? Some scholars say 40 years, some say 70, some say 80. Now do the math with me, 1946, plus 80 equals what year you ? Or 1948 plus 80 equals what year?

You are starting to see it now, are you not the prophetic clock is not slowing down. It is accelerating. I wonder if you are hearing this and feeling something stirring in your spirit.

What if Easter 2026, is the weekend everything begins, not ends, but begins. Let me explain what I mean, because this is where most people get confused about the prophetic calendar. Brother Branham taught something that most churches today have completely abandoned. He taught that God works in patterns, in cycles, in appointed times. In his sermon, “The anointed ones at the end time” He preached, July 25 1965 just months before his death, he said, The only way you can tell the difference in them is check it by the word. He was teaching his congregation how to discern the times they were living in by comparing everything to Scripture. Now here is the key. Branham received his angelic commission in the spring of 1946 likely in May, the healing revival that followed launched in June 1946 at his St Louis meetings, which historians document as the inauguration of the entire healing revival period. That revival shook the world. Reports of the deaf, hearing, the blind, seeing cancers dissolving spread across every continent but Branham also received what he called the Seven visions of 1933 which he documented and spoke of throughout his ministry, according to his sermon, “Condemnation by representation.” Preached November 13, 1960 he read directly from notes he claimed were written on yellowed paper kept in his Bible, the seventh and final vision showed America as one smoldering burnt over place in His Church Age book compiled with Lee Vale from his 1960 sermons, Branham made what he called a prediction, rather than prophecy, that this age would end around 1977 now, obviously 1977 came and went, and critics have used this against him. But here is what the critics miss. Branham himself distinguished between, Thus saith the LORD, prophetic utterances and personal predictions based on how fast events seem to be moving. What is happening right now in 2026 the convergence of signs is unprecedented, the agreements being made between nations, the technology that can track every human being, the systems being built that Branham could only describe in the symbolic language of his day, what he called the mark and the system of the Beast.

Branham's 1946 vision gave him not just a commission, but a warning.

In his sermon, “The angel and the commission” from August 21 1950 he recounted the angel's words, “if you will, be sincere when you pray and get the people to believe you, nothing shall stand before your prayer, not even cancer!” This was not just about physical healing. This was about spiritual preparation for what was coming. The angel told Branham that his peculiar birth and peculiar life had been orchestrated by God as an indication of his calling.

Branham's Mother, Ella testified that a light had appeared over him at his birth in that small Kentucky cabin in 1909 that same light would appear throughout his ministry, famously photographed in January 1950 at the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas, when a circular light like a halo appeared to hover above Branham’s head and was verified by document examiner George J Lacey.

Note: The concept of the "Goshen Protocol" within Branham's movement is largely centered around the idea of a spiritual sanctuary provided by adhering to his specific "Message" during the end times, setting his followers apart from the rest of the world.

It’s called the Goshen protocol. It is the step by step 21 day guide that Branham’s teachings point toward for sealing the spiritual doors of your house before the darkness intensifies. This video/ article encourages you not to wait until the lights flicker to prepare your home.

Let me take you deeper into what was actually revealed in 1946 and how it connects to the larger prophetic framework. Branham taught throughout his ministry, in his sermon, “how the angel came to me” and his commission, Branham described the moment the angelic visitor spoke to him about discernment. The angel gave him two supernatural signs for his ministry. The first was a physical reaction in his hand when he touched someone with a germ that caused a disease, that the vibrations were so real that in his sermon, “the angel and his commission” from November 2, 1947 Branham testified that they would even stop his wristwatch. But the second sign was even more profound. The angel told him that if he would be faithful and sincere, he would be able to know the secrets of people's hearts. He would be able to tell them their names, their addresses, their conditions, things he could not possibly know in the natural, this gift of discernment, documented in 1000s of recorded services, was not for show. It was a prophetic function, revealing the condition of the church in the last days. Now here is what connects to 2026.

Branham taught that the Laodicean Church Age, the final age before the return of Christ, was characterized by lukewarmness, spiritual blindness and self deception. In His Church Age book, he wrote, this age boasts of its tremendous stores of worldly goods, but the people are less happy than ever. This age boasts of its spiritual attainments, but the people are less sure of themselves than ever. Does that sound familiar to you? Look around, we have more churches than ever before, more television ministries, more podcasts, more resources for spiritual growth. And yet depression is at epidemic levels. Anxiety is consuming an entire generation. Suicide rates among young people are climbing every year. The Church has the form of godliness, but is denying the power thereof, exactly as Paul warned in Second Timothy, three, five, and exactly as Branham taught in his sermon “the end time sign seed.”Branham pointed to Israel as the key prophetic indicator. He taught from Luke 21:29 to 30, saying, when you see the fig tree putting forth its buds, you know that summer is nigh. And Jesus said, This generation shall not pass away until all things be fulfilled. Now follow this carefully, Branham connected the budding of Israel in 1948 to the countdown of the last generation. He preached that God was doing a new thing, a final ingathering before judgment fell, the healing revival of 1946 to 1955 was the former rain. What we are approaching now could be the latter rain. He spoke of the final outpouring before the harvest is complete. Type Amen. In the comments, if you believe we are living in the final generation, I want to see your faith right now. Gordon Lindsay, who worked closely with Branham and wrote his biography, stated that never had we known of any creature calling deaf mutes and blind people to pray for them and then to see those people delivered on the spot, a ministry that was beyond any that we had before witnessed. This was not exaggeration. This was documented in newspapers, in medical records, in the testimonies of 1000s. Now let us connect the prophetic dots to what is unfolding before our eyes right now. Branham's 1933 visions as documented in “His Church Age”book and multiple recorded sermons included several elements that have proven remarkably prescient. He saw the rise of Mussolini and his invasion of Ethiopia. He saw Hitler and the Second World War. He saw the rise and dominance of communism, telling his congregation to watch Russia concerning future involvements, he saw technology that did not exist in 1933; what he described as an egg shaped car with a plastic bubble roof, driven without a steering wheel while the occupants played games, self driving vehicles with entertainment systems In 1933 this sounded like fantasy. Today it is reality. Autonomous vehicles are being tested on streets worldwide. Passengers watch screens while the car navigates itself. But the vision that concerns us most for 2026 is what he saw regarding America and the world system. Branham described a cruel, beautiful woman who would hold America in her power. He wrestled with whether this represented the influence of the Roman Catholic church system, or literal female political power, or something else entirely. What he saw clearly was the seductive nature of the deception, beautiful on the outside, but hard and cruel underneath. Today we see agreements being forged between nations that would have been unthinkable a generation ago. We see technology that can track every transaction, every movement, every word spoken in our homes. We see a generation being conditioned to accept surveillance as normal, to trade privacy for convenience, to submit their autonomy to systems they do not understand. In his sermon, “modern events made clear by prophecy” preached December 6, 1965 just days before his death, Branham said to the people of California, watch her slide into the sea. He predicted earthquakes and devastation along the west coast, warning believers to prepare spiritually for what was coming. Now I'm not telling you this to create fear. I'm telling you this because Branham’s message was always about preparation, not panic. In the same breath that he warned of judgment, he pointed to the Goshen principle. When the plagues fell on Egypt, the children of Israel in Goshen were protected. The Death Angel passed over homes that had applied the blood. There is protection available, but it requires action. If you are a parent watching this, I want you to think about your children right now. What spiritual covering is over your home, what prayers have been prayed, what authority has been established. The enemy is not waiting for you to get ready. The system of control is being implemented while most believers are distracted by entertainment and political arguments. Branham taught from Exodus repeatedly, showing how Moses was sent to deliver a people who did not even know they needed deliverance. They had become comfortable in bondage. Is that not the church today, comfortable in systems of religion that have no power, comfortable with doctrine that denies the supernatural, comfortable with a form of godliness while the world burns. This is the moment I told you about in the beginning, the warning nobody wants to hear, but Branham spoke it anyway, and I must speak it now in his sermon, “the angel and the commission” from 1950 Branham recounted the gravity of his encounter with the angelic messenger. He said the being stood about six feet tall, weighed approximately 200 pounds, had an olive complexion, dark hair that touched his shoulders and wore a white robe that reached to his feet. This was not a wispy spiritual impression. This was a solid encounter that left Branham changed forever. But here is what broke him. The angel showed him not only his commission, but the condition of the world he would be speaking to. He would pray for people and see miraculous healings, but many would go right back to their old lives. He would preach the truth and see 1000s respond, but most would eventually drift back into religious systems that denied the very power they had witnessed. Branham testified multiple times that this awareness was a crushing responsibility. He knew he was speaking to a generation that had more light than any previous generation, and therefore more accountability.

In his sermon, “the Anointed Ones” At the end time, He warned that there would be ministers who were anointed to preach and teach, but who were not connected to the true vine. They would have gifts, but not the fruit of genuine conversion. Today, I look at the landscape of Christianity, and I weep. We have mega churches with no altars. We have conferences that celebrate success but never mention repentance. We have Christian celebrities who cannot quote Scripture but can negotiate million dollar book deals. The form is there, but the power is absent. Branham warned that in the end times, the deception would be so clever that, if it were possible, even the elect would be deceived. The key words are, “if it were possible”, the elect will not be deceived because they have something the religious crowd does not have. They have the Holy Spirit as a teacher. They have the word as their standard. They have learned to check it by the word, as Branham taught. Now here is the urgent message for 2026 Branham connected the patterns of Scripture to the patterns of history. Easter is the season of resurrection. It is the time when the stone is rolled away and what was dead comes forth alive. But it is also the time of separation, the wheat from the tares, the sheep from the goats, the bride from the religious system. What if Easter 2026, marks a point of no return, not necessarily the rapture, not necessarily catastrophic judgment, but a threshold moment when those who are genuinely pursuing God are separated from those who are merely playing church. What if the line in the sand is being drawn right now, and most believers do not even see it. If you are feeling conviction in your spirit right now, do not push it away. That is the Holy Spirit speaking to you.

Branham's final years were marked by urgency. He knew his time was short. He preached harder, traveled more, gave everything he had, because he understood that souls hung in the balance. And then on December 18, 1965 a drunk driver crossed into his lane on a highway in Texas. Six days later on, December 24 William Marion Branham entered eternity. Now let me give you something practical, something you can do, starting tonight.

in Exodus Chapters eight through 12, we read about the plagues that fell on Egypt, frogs, lice, flies, pestilence on the cattle, boils, hail, locusts, darkness, and finally, the death of the firstborn, 10 judgments that devastated the most powerful nation on Earth. But in the midst of this chaos, there was a place called Goshen, Exodus, 8:22 , records God saying to Pharaoh, through Moses, I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there to the end thou mayest know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth.

The plagues fell all around, but Goshen was protected. The darkness covered Egypt. But Goshen had light. The death angels swept through every Egyptian home, but the homes with blood on the doorposts were passed over. This is not mythology. This is a blueprint for the End Times. Branham taught that the same God who protected his people in Goshen will protect His people in the final hour. But there is a requirement. The Blood must be applied, the prayers must be prayed, the authority of the believer must be exercised. Protection does not come automatically. Just because you attend church or own a Bible. Here is what I call the Goshen protocol, drawn from branham's teachings and confirmed by Scripture. First, there must be separation. Goshen was geographically distinct from the rest of Egypt. The people of God did not try to integrate into the Egyptian system. They maintained their identity, their worship, their community. Today, that means being willing to look different from the world, to hold values that the culture mocks to be set apart. Second, there must be the blood covering every home had to apply the blood of the lamb to their doorposts. Today we apply the blood of Jesus through confession, through repentance, through declaring his lordship over our families. This is not a one time event. This is a daily spiritual discipline. Third, there must be readiness. The Israelites ate the Passover with their sandals on their feet and their staffs in their hands. They were ready to move at a moment's notice. Today, we stay ready through prayer, through study of the Word, through maintaining a clean conscience before God. Fourth, there must be obedience. When Moses said, Stay inside. They stayed inside. When Moses said, leave, they left. They did not debate the instructions. They did not form committees to discuss options. They obeyed. This is what Brannan modeled throughout his ministry. He did not move until God said, move. He did not speak until God gave the utterance. He waited on the angel's presence before ministering in the prayer lines, if you have children, if you have grandchildren, if you have loved ones who do not know the Lord, this message is critical for you. The protection of Goshen extends to the household. When the Philippian jailer asked Paul what he must do to be saved, Paul answered, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved and thy house. Do not wait. The urgency is real. Now I want to pray with you, not a formula prayer, not religious words that sound impressive but carry no weight. I want to pray the way Branham prayed with sincerity, with expectation, with awareness that the God who sent the angel to a cave in 1946 is the same God listening right now. Bow your head with me, wherever you are, in your living room, in your car, on your phone while your family sleeps, God sees you. He knows exactly where you are and exactly what you are facing.

Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name that is above every name, the name of Jesus, Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever. I pray right now for every soul reading this message, you know their names, you know their circumstances, you know the fears they carry and the hopes they hold on to. Lord I pray for protection over their homes. Let the blood of Jesus be applied to every doorpost, every window, every entry point where the enemy might try to gain access. Establish a Goshen in their midst. Let darkness have no power there, let confusion find no place there. Let fear be cast out by your perfect love. I pray for clarity in these days of deception, open blind eyes to see what is really happening in the spiritual realm. Give them discernment to recognize the genuine from the counterfeit. Help them to check everything by your word. As brother Branham taught to never accept something just because it sounds good or feels right, Father, I pray for the children, the young ones growing up in a world that bombards them with lies from every screen. Protect their minds, protect their hearts. Raise up parents who will stand in the gap and refuse to let this generation be stolen by the enemy. For those reading  who do not yet know you personally, who have religion but not relationship, who have church membership but not transformation, I pray this moment would be their turning point. Let conviction fall heavy, let hunger rise strong. Let them cry out from the depths of their being for something real, something lasting, something true. You promised in Joel 2:28 that in the last days you would pour out Your Spirit on all flesh. We believe we are. In those days, pour out, Lord. Do not hold back. Let sons and daughters prophesy. Let old men dream dreams. Let young men see visions. Revive your church before the midnight hour strikes. We thank you for the ministry of William Branham, for the sacrifice he made, for the message he carried, for the courage he displayed. We honor his memory by continuing the work, by staying true to the word, by watching and praying until you come in Jesus, mighty name, we pray, Amen and Amen.
