Good on the US Congress which is seeking the Australian e-safety commissioner to face Congress because she’s got dual citizenship 

US Congress is seeking the testimony of Australia's eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant, over concerns that Australia's online safety laws threaten American free speech protections. While Ms. Inman Grant holds dual Australian and US citizenship, it is her US citizenship that the Congressional committee is leveraging to compel her appearance, not the reason for the inquiry itself. The committee is concerned that the Australian Online Safety Act (OSA) and Ms. Inman Grant's efforts to enforce content takedowns (including previous attempts to force global removals of content) could set a precedent that impinges upon American citizens' constitutionally protected free speech rights (First Amendment).
